The new Theoretical Ahnenerbe: Founder and CEO Ed Witten - Grand Vizier Leo Susskind

We are the only ones who can discuss our theories. 
Other scientists  don't know our rules and our rituals in depth; they cannot understand or criticize, and if they do they will be mocked and banished. 
Scientific evidence is not necessary in the face of the mathematical elegance of our theoretical formulations: sooner or later the universe will evolve to conform to one of the models predicted by our superb "Landscape".

The five-pointed star, in the emblem of the new guild, conceals the mystic symbols of their typical hermetic stringology: T-I • T-IIA • T-IIB • HO-SO(32) • HE-E8xE8.

Il nuovo "teoretico"(*) Ahnenerbe: fondatore e CEO Ed Witten - Gran Visir Leo Susskind

Noi siamo gli unici a poter discutere le nostre teorie; gli altri scienziati  non conoscono a fondo le nostre regole e i nostri riti, non possono capire, né tanto meno criticare e se lo fanno verranno derisi e messi al bando. Le prove scientifiche non sono necessarie di fronte all’eleganza matematica delle nostre formulazioni teoriche: prima o poi, l’universo si evolverà per conformarsi ad uno dei modelli previsti dal nostro superbo “Landscape”.

PS. Questi pure hanno trovato il modo di dire qualsiasi assurdità senza che nessuno sia in grado di contraddirli, e magari nel contempo di passare per geni.
(*)  L’uso improprio che i fisici anglofoni fanno del termine “teoretico”, in abito scientifico, è indicativo di una certa superficialità, che li porta inesorabilmente a prendere … “fisici per fiaschici” …
